Deleted chats, documents, facts and projects first go to the trash. They are kept there for 30 days and then deleted for good.

Restore

Find the item (there is a search by name and a filter by type: Projects, Documents, Chats, Facts) and click the restore button. The item returns to where it was.

Items deleted together with a project are marked Deleted with project “…”. They are restored together with the project.

Delete permanently

Delete permanently deletes an item right away without waiting 30 days. This can't be undone. When a project is deleted permanently, the items that went to the trash with it are deleted too.

On other devices

The trash syncs: what you delete on one device ends up in the trash on all the others, and what you restore comes back everywhere.

What is deleted right away, skipping the trash

  • Individual messages (Delete message). See Chat actions.
  • A fact deleted with the Delete forever button.
